OUR HISTORY

Corsair Controls Inc. is a control system integrator that supplies programming, systems design, installation and startup to a variety of industries. We have experience in the industrial manufacturing, mining, water & wastewater treatment, high speed sortation systems and state/county correctional applications. The systems we provide will incorporate a programmable controller or operator interface system to control the application. We have had experience with most all of the major domestic PLC manufacturers such as:

Allen Bradley, PLC 2 family, PLC 5 Family, SLC, and Control Logix

Modicon, 984, Momentum, and Quantum

Square D, Model 50,100, 300, 500, and 700

General Electric, Series 1, Series 3, Series 5, 90/30 and 90/70

Corsair Controls, Inc. is located in Highland, Illinois, which is twenty miles east of St. Louis, Missouri. Dave Holdeman established the company in 1978, after graduating from the University of Illinois with an Electrical Engineer degree. The company currently has five full time and three part time employees.

We offer to our clients the ability to assist in the design of the process, project management, supervise the installation, control panel design and fabrication, and complete electronic documentation of every project. Our programming experience includes C++, Visual Basic, PLC Ladder, SFC’s, Structured text, and IEC 1131 as well as custom assembled code as required for a project. We have experience in several operator interface solutions including Wonderware, Factory Link, Intellution, RS View, Cimplicity and our Corsair Integrated MMI solutions.

As stated earlier, Corsair Controls has been greatly blessed with the ability to work in a wide variety of industries. With this comes the breadth of experience that allows us to view each project objectively and determine the best solution for our customers.
